Last updated on JULY 11, 2017

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Warehouse Management System - Version 13.1 to 13.1.9 [Release 13.1]
Oracle Retail Warehouse Management System - Version 13.2 to 13.2.8 [Release 13.2]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Container width is not used in the calculation for container cube if the appointed container quantity is greater than one. The system is using the length twice during the cube calculation rather than applying the width in the calculation.

Steps To Recreate:

1. Create a Purchase Order(PO) and approve in Retail Merchandising System(RMS).
2. Generate a Non Specified Casepack(NSC) appointment for the newly created PO. Ensure the container quantity is greater than one.
3. Perform the NSC receiving for the PO. Ensure that the container quantity is greater than one.
4. Check the container_length, container_width and container_cube for the received container. Notice that, Container_Cube is not updated correctly.
