Manual Allocation Shows “Pack Distribution” Mode Error When Trying to Change the Release Date of an Item (Doc ID 2047085.1)

A manual allocation is showing a “Pack Distribution” mode error when trying to change the release date of an item.

The system shows the error message complaining about multiple dates and the pack distribution mode, but the allocation is in the manual demand source.  It should not be considering the calculation mode.  Other point is that the allocation has only one release date, not multiple dates.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create an allocation with more than one pack, guaranteeing that the mode Pack Distribution is selected before putting this allocation to Manual demand source.
  2. Save the allocation.
  3. Delete one or more packs, keeping only one to be distributed.
  4. Change the Release Date for this pack and try to save the allocation.
