ARGUS Advanced Condition (AC) Is Not Querying All The Expected Cases As Per Defined Criteria for Family ID which is Null

When using an Advanced Condition (AC) Argus query is not displaying all the cases as expected per the defined criteria
Using the AC to query all cases where the Product Name = 'ABCD'

When viewing the generated SQL, all cases must have the same Family_ID.

Some cases with the Product Name = 'ABCD' are returned using the AC.

Looking at these cases in the CASE_PRODUCT table the Family ID is Null.

How is the CASE_PRODUCT.FAMILY_ID field populated?
