Central Office: 'Webpage Has Expired' Error Message Is Thrown While Editing the User ID Field (Doc ID 2047865.1)

Symptoms

In the Oracle Retail Central Office (CO) application, while changing the User ID field using the 'Administration' tab, the process fails with the below error:


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log in to CO application as user with administration role
  2. Go to Administration and then select Users
  3. In User Administration screen, select Search option
  4. List of users is displayed.  Select a user ID link
  5. User Details screen is displayed for that user; admin can edit First Name, Last Name fields but not User ID field
