Purchased Products Are Not Cancelled During The Service Closure

Products purchased for the account not getting cancelled while cancelling the related service for the account. The service would be cancelled after few months of account creation.

Purchased_product not getting cancelled

Purchased_product has to be cancelled.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an account by purchasing the product for a service.
2. Without billing, move pin_virtual_time for few months and cancel the service using PCM_OP_CUST_UPDATE_SERVICES opcode.
3. The service is cancelled, but the associated purchased_product is not getting cancelled.
