Incorrect Error When Updating a Person With Existing Encrypted Identifier (Doc ID 2048762.1)

When updating an encrypted Person ID on the Person Page, the following error is displayed:

ID Number "***-**-?????" must be in the format shown.

and the following warning is stored in the log:

Person <Person ID> has the same ID

Steps to Replicate:

1) Go to Main Menu -> Customer Information -> Person
2) Updating a Encrypted Person ID with type 'Social Security Number' and value 111-11-1111 
3) Error message "ID Number "***-**-1111" must be in the format shown." pop-up.


Enable field encryption.
