Information in this document applies to any platform.
In Oracle Retail Returns Management (ORRM), the columns do not line up correctly for the results of the return tickets search. Data in one column is left-aligned, while other columns are center- and right-aligned.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log into Returns Management
- Click Returns tab > Return Ticket sub tab
- Click Ticket Search
- Enter search criteria:
Store Hierarchy Information
Select or search by store ID:
Enter store ID (ex: 01111)
- Click Search button. Observe search result in the grid and note that column alignment is inconsistent.
