In Oracle Retail Returns Management (ORRM), the 'Change customer exception count to' field on the Customer Exceptions screen allows only 3 digits to be entered, whereas the system clearly supports the display of additional digits (as seen when the counter increments the value so it goes beyond 3 digits).
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log in to ORRM
- Select Return Tickets and seach by customer ID
- Select a return ticket from the result list and click on the customer positive ID link
- On the Customer Exceptions screen, under 'Cumulative Exception Counter Override' section, note that the 'change customer exception count to' field allows entry of only 3 digits.
