'[sql] Failed to execute:' Errors Seen in the Install Logs After the Back Office Application Is Installed (Doc ID 2049225.1)

When attempting to create the Back Office database schema, the following errors are seen in the install logs during the attempt to grant access to users.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create a new DB and users as per the BO install guide instructions.
  2. During installation of Back Office, select to create the DB.
