Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Central Office (ORCO), Tax Off transactions are displaying as 'N' instead of 'O' in Transaction Tracker.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS).
  2. Ring an item.
  3. Choose item option: Tax -Off.
  4. Complete the transaction and keep a note of the transaction number.
  5. Log into ORCO.
  6. Search for same transaction number.
  7. Observe that the tax for the item is displayed as N instead of O.
