In ORBO, 'Unexpected Error' Occurs when Trying to Update the Cost with an Invalid Currency Format

In Oracle Retail Back Office (ORBO), an 'unexpected error' occurs when trying to update the cost with an invalid currency format.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to Item Maintenance in ORBO.
  2. Search for an item.
  3. Change Cost to an invalid currency value (for example, 30.099).
  4. Click Save.
  5. Search for the item updated. The following message is displayed: "Unexpected Error. Please contact Oracle customer support."
