ISS Upgrade Procedure Question with --converttoformat Option (Doc ID 2049563.1)

Goal

I have downloaded the ISS version 1.0.5.25.0 file for upgrade, and it looks like the upgrade path is using commpkg upgrade.  Does this work for ISS patch versions: 142823-17, 142823-21 and 142823-24?

Do we need to perform the following steps after the patch for all versions?

1. patchadd the patch
2. run postpatch_restart.sh
3. run svc_control.sh stop
# convert the index
4. Update iss.store.partitions.count = 0 to iss.store.partitions.count = 20 in jiss.conf
5. run ./issadmin.sh --converttoformat 2
7. run svc_control start
