BP Attachments Not Attached To E-Mail Workflow Notifications (Doc ID 2049567.1)

Symptoms

E-Mail notifications are not including the attachments as the BP processes.  It is expected that the E-Mail notifications should also include the attachments as the BP Processes.  Due to this issue, users cannot receive any attachments in the e-mail notifications.
