UDF_CHAR_16 Always Blank In Transaction Details Page (Doc ID 2049621.1)

The UDF_CHAR_16 field is always blank when viewing transactions that are not in Uploaded status in the Transaction Details page

This value should be visible in the Transaction Details page since it is available in the database

1. Go to Main Menu > Transaction Feed Management > Transaction Details.
2. In Query Option, choose any status other than Uploaded.
3. Search for a transaction whose UDF_CHAR_16 field is populated with a value. Click on its Transaction Detail ID to view its details.
4. Notice that the UDF_CHAR_16 is blank even though the transaction has a value for it in the back-end.
