Filter is Not Working When Enable A Global Activity Code Column (Doc ID 2049892.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.3.6.0 version, P6 Application

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Filter is not working with Enable a Global Activity Code Column

Tried creating a new Global Activity Code, assigned the code to a activity, added a filter base on the activity code and add the code column.

Filter stopped working, as all activities will show up on activity view which is not expected

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Activity view should only show the activities which in the criteria of the filter

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new Global Activity Code
2. Assign the code to a activity
3. Add a filter base on the activity code
4. Add the code column

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot apply a filter.
