Error Messages Are Not Displayed At Recitem Form (Doc ID 2050068.1)

Symptoms

On : 13.2.4, Receiving of an item in a PO while the ORDLOC is locked for this item/location combination; will not throw any lock errors and the user is able to receive; but in fact the receiving process is not done and the SHIPSKU & ORDLOC tables are not updated with the Qty_Received (i.e. displayed as NULL).

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Login with User 1 and Create an Order and approve it.
2.Create a shipment for this order.
3.Open recitem form to for the item in PO.
4.Log in with User2 and lock the ORDLOC for this item/location combination.
5.User1 proceeds and receive the item and still ordloc is locked by User2.
6.No error or warning messages displayed for User1 and the form is closed as if the receiving is done successfully.
7.Go to SHIPSKU and ORDLOC tables; Qty_Received for both are displayed empty and no receiving has occurred.
