Symptoms

On : 15.1

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Internet Explorer, browser crashes when attempting to to upload or download a document in Document Manager

In Chrome, window is blank and shows error "does not support this plug in".

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When uploading or downloading files to the Document Manager the files should process without incident.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Unifier
2. Navigate to document manager
3. Select file to download
4. Internet explorer and Chrome present a blank Unifier screen.
