ASR 51 Error On Application Start in the MSS Log Files

Upgrade to ASR 51.0.0
Symptoms
Installation Issues with ASR 51.0.0 - throwing errors on Application start, after having MSS 6.2.1.b914 already installed.
Noted the following error message in mss log as the application server was starting after the ASR51 upgrade.
ERROR - WARNING

com.mslv.ejb.ASR51.IASR.updateData(com.mslv.ejb.ASR51.helpers.ASRFormHelper,com.mslv.ejb.User) throws com.mslv.ejb.MSLVEJBException,java.rmi.
RemoteException' in EJB 'ASR51' contains a parameter of type: 'com.mslv.ejb.ASR51.helpers.ASRFormHelper' which is not Serializable.
Though the EJB 'ASR51' has call-by-reference set to false, this parameter is not Serializable and hence will be passed by reference.
A parameter can be passed using call-by-value only if the parameter type is Serializable.>
STEPS
The error shows up in the logs after startup following ASR 51 installation.
BUSINESS IMPACT
No issues other than startup error in the logs.
