Error "Access is denied, ClassID: {9E521861-5A76-11D5-98F4-00C04F680F1F}" When Attempting To Run A Scheduled Job With Job Services (Doc ID 2050437.1)

When attempting to run a scheduled job (using Job Services), the job fails to run and returns the following error:

Access is denied, ClassID: {9E521861-5A76-11D5-98F4-00C04F680F1F}

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to P6 Professional
  2. Insert a job services (export and summarize).
  3. When the scheduled job runs, the job fails and shows the noted error above.
