Display No Privilege On PPM Report - My Documents Report (Doc ID 2050878.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.3.3.0 version, Web client (PPM)

When attempting to run a PPM report - My Documents Report the following error occurs.

No Privilege


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Log into webclient
2) Run Reports--> My documents report
