The system creates same IDs when creating objects "Statement Construct" (table CI_STM_CNST.STM_CNST_ID) and "Account" (table CI_ACCT.ACCT_ID).
Statement Construct ID is the unique system-generated identifier for this statement construct. Account ID is a system-assigned random number that stays with an account for life.
Shouldn't these be unique? There is a requirement if a customer sends a payment through a bank, the bank sends register payments - [id acct, sum, date]. There is no way to say if it was the Account ID or Statement Construct ID. (a contract with the client, depending on the number of services provided, the client is a contract, which specifies the account or ID (if the service is one) or Statement Construct (if multiple services))
