Info Param Section Mapping Not Working In Activation Task (Doc ID 2051061.1)

Symptoms

An Activation Task was created in OSM to capture response from ASAP. The activation task complete event.xsl is not getting created as expected due to which the order complete event is stuck in accepted state. The error in the log file is:


The issue can be replicated only when mapping any element from the Info Param section(under Detailed Parameters) in the Response Data Mapping.

On the other hand, OSM - ASAP integration is working fine when mapping only Event Data or no mapping at all.

Note: ASAP is using Static Event Templates for return parameters.
