Symptoms

In Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) 8.0, in System Configuration > Information Domain, you cannot delete an Infodom.  When you click on the delete button, the following message appears:

[1276] Error in connecting to FICServer

As a result, you cannot delete the infodom.

This infodom was created by an application installer.
