Symptoms

On : 7.3.1.4 version, DM-Gen

Demantra PRE_LOGON Fails

At least weekly but often more frequently at different times of the day the PRE_LOGON procedure shows in the DB_EXCEPTION_LOG with the following error.
I do not see any workflow that has this scheduled so it is unclear what is starting the program and why it is failing.

-3135 ORA-03135: connection lost contact
ORA-02063: preceding line from <dblink> Error in PROCEDURE line 19

  dynamic_ddl( 'ALTER SESSION SET nls_date_language = 'AMERICAN'')

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Check DB_EXCEPTION_LOG, notice occurrence of above error messages
