"Display Schedule Log Upon Completion" Window is Blank When Running P6 Services as a Separate Process

When running a schedule job and checking the "Display Schedule Log Upon Completion" box, the log window pops up but is blank.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into P6 Web.
2. Open any project, hit F9.
3. Check option to display log.
4. Log file will not load.
