Incorrect Data Collection Results Caused By Trading Partner Data Corruption After Using Customer Merge In EBS

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
Trading Partner data from data collection is not correct after doing a customer merge in EBS. Customer sites merged to another customer are not all being collected and updated with new SITE_USE_ID data.

They are maintaining the old inactive IDs in MSC_TRADING_PARTNER_SITES table (SITE_USE_ID = SR_TP_SITE_ID). This is causing issues in ASCP Data Collections.
