Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Users have the ability to set Plan Completion dates to a weekend. But, when they try to set the Actual Completion date to a weekend (Saturday or Sunday), EnterpriseTrack automatically switches the date to the previous Friday.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Actual Completion Date should be the day user selected, not the previous Friday.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access Instantis EnterpriseTrack URL
2. Log in as administrative user
3. Create a new project with any data
4. Open the project
5. Switch to Playbook for the project
6. Mark a task Actual Completion as any weekend - Aug 1, 2015 (Saturday)
7. Save the playbook
8. The Actual Completion date become the previous Friday - Jul 31, 2015
9. Issue received.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot set the Actual Completion date to the correct date when occurring on weekend days.
