NCC Installer Fails to Install smsSms due to the smf_oper Home Directory being created as /home/smf_oper instead of /IN/service_packages/SMS (Doc ID 2052676.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC) 5.0.3 and above, a problem may occur when attempting to install NCC using the installer.

There is a known issue where the smsSms package may fail to install due to the home directories for the NCC users being incorrectly created in /home instead of /IN/service_packages.

This can be confirmed when checking /etc/passwd, all the home directories are listed as /home/* for the *_oper users.

Changes

Installation of NCC 5.0.3.
