Symptoms
In Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC), when an account is activated, the beVWARS processes on the Voucher Wallet Servers (VWS') will be triggered to update the lastUseDate for each balance and all the balance types that are not "excluded from creation" will get a new bucket with an expiry date set according to the configuration parameter createBucketExpiryDays.
It happens with NCC version 5.0.2.
