Goal
On a VCP 12.1.3 Instance:
When running a DRP plan (with 'Include Targets' enabled, and with an ASCP plan attached as a demand schedule),
the planning engine generates planned orders with a total quantity high enough to meet the demands for a given day. This is the case, even though the total quantity of planned orders may exceed the maximum inventory level.
Also, the Engine maintains the Projected Available Balance, at the Target Inventory Level, not the Maximum Inventory Level.
