An email which originated from an MS Outlook 15 client was sent to a Convergence user. The Convergence user replied to the email. Recipients who received the reply and used the Convergence mail client, could see the email reply with no issues. Recipients who received the reply, but are using the MS Outlook or Lotus Notes clients, were unable to read the message - it was either empty or contained "junk".
With MS Outlook, the recipient could see the reply text that was added in Convergence, but everything else is missing in the message.
With Lotus Notes, the recipient could see the reply text, but everything below it appears to be HTML / XML code.
