REL5014I: HA01 Messages Are Not Processed For Relations 'In Research' (Doc ID 2053906.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
REL5014I: Ha01 messages are not processed for relations that are 'in research'

1) A Gv01/Gv02 or Ag01 message was received with values in headings 08 83.10/08.83.20 for category 'Domicile'.
2) This Gv01/Gv02 or Ag01 message was processed in OHI Back Office: for that relation the fields ' In research ' and 'Start date research' are filled with the values from the headings above for address types ' GBA- business address' or GBA-mailing address
3) A Ha01 message was received in response to a Hq01 message. NO values are included in headings 08 83.10/08.83.20 for category 'Domicile'.
4) This Ha01message is not processed in OHI Back Office.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

1) A Gv01/Gv02 or Ag01 message was received with values in headings 08 83.10/08.83.20 for category 'Domicile'.
2) This Gv01/Gv02 or Ag01 message was processed in OHI Back Office: for that relation the fields ' In research ' and 'Start date research' are filled with the values from the headings above for address types ' GBA-GBA-mailing address business address'
3) A Ha01 message was received in response to a Hq01 message. NO values are included in headings 08 83.10/08.83.20 for category 'Domicile'.
4) In this situation (for the appropriate relationship fields 'In research ' and 'Start date research' are filled) the Ha01 message must be processed in OHI Back Office. Batch 'Import Population Register Message' (REL5014I) needs to be modified.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run a batch 'Import Population Register Message' (REL5014I) that contains Ha01 messages.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue it is not possible to interrupt the period of limitation for relations with past due invoices (4,5 years) because the most recent relation address is required for correspondance.
