Customer Login Not Found After Change MSISDN Is Done For The Account (Doc ID 2054032.1)

The user has changed the MSISDN on the service of an account using Customer Center, but in parallel the Pipeline is down.

The user has restarted the Pipeline, it seems that the service information with the new MSISDN is not loaded with the good value, and some CDRs with the new service MSISDN value are not been rated. Why?
