Overlapping Promotion Creates Infinite Effect (NanQ) When Causal Enhanced Approach Is Selected (Doc ID 2054130.1)

Customer states that on v14.0.2.8 an overlapping promotion creates an "infinite" effect when "enhanced approach" selected.  Approved forecast can not been seen in application for certain item/store/day. The domains have overlapping promotion enabled with "enhanced approach" in forecast admin workbook, and on this specific day there are two promotions planned. The item/store has sparse sales in past two years, but have been on cross-promotion regularly. The effect generated for this overlapping promotion is "infinite" in this case.

From the server side, when printing the measure, the values are shown as NaNQ.  On the client side, the cell is simply blank.
