Account Balance Report is Empty On SMS due to ORA-06502 and ORA-06512 (Doc ID 2054397.1)

Symptoms

In all versions of Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC), a problem exists when executing the ccsAccountBalanceCSV.sh tool.  The script is failing and generating an empty CSV report due to the following error message:

It is expected that every day a csv report should be generated that extracts all the Mobile Station International Subscriber Directory Number (MSISDN) for some particular Advanced Control Service (ACS) customers.

Changes

Addition of new Charging Control Services (CCS) Balance Types.
