There was a different behavior in the scheduling of dunning actions between BRM version 7.5 and 7.3.1.
When a contracts entered in dunning:
- In 7.3.1, the actions are scheduled in the same way as configured, regardless if doing so results in scheduling them on Sunday or on Saturday.
- In 7.5, actions that should have been scheduled on Saturday or on Sunday are instead scheduled in the next Monday.
Is there a way to inhibit this “weekend’s rescheduling” in BRM 7.5?
For example, a contract enters in dunning in Sep 10, 2015. In the assigned scenario, an action that should be scheduled in the 9th dunning day.
- In 7.3.1, this action is scheduled for Sep 19, 2015 (Saturday) -> this is the current system behavior.
- In 7.5, this action is instead scheduled for Sep 21, 2015 (next Monday).
