Clearance Is Approved Even When Styles Are Not Ranged (Doc ID 2054770.1)

In Oracle Retail Price Management (RPM), a clearance gets approved even when styles are not ranged.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Take a style-diff (say, ST1/DIF1) and one location L1. ST1/DIF1 should not be ranged to L1 (i.e., there should be no records in ITEM_LOC and RPM_FUTURE_RETAIL table).
  2. Log in to Oracle Retail Price Management (RPM).
  3. Create a fixed clearance on ST1/DIF1 at L1.
  4. Notice that the clearance gets approved.
