For the new AnswerFlow (Gen 2) implementation (OK v8.6.0 GA and certain special beta-releases like OK v184.108.40.206.3.x) which uses the IMDB to store the AnswerFlow processes, an AnswerFlow process may be disappeared (gone/invisible) from the AnswerFlow Console after the corresponding AF Process was restored (Twice) from Its history via IM Console UI.
