The Client has several teams across multiple time zones (one part in Eastern US and another part in Ireland).
They found that numerous CDS files were created in Ireland and saved and compiled and then checked into svn server.
When team members at Eastern US updated the CDS files and opened in Author, those sections become dirty and we have to re-compile them again.
