Unable To Login To Argus Insight Using Admin Account after cloning database (Doc ID 2055260.1)

Symptoms

Customer has cloned Argus Insight system from production. Post setup, they are not able to login to Argus Insight using admin account. Getting error, that account is disabled and this is the only admin account that exist in database.
