Cancelled Shifts Getting Shown In The CDI When M1-DSMTR Is Not Running (Doc ID 2055674.1)

Goal

When the Dispatcher shift is logged into the CDI, cancelled shifts are not shown on the default view. However, when filters like Activity information, Resource, Resource Capability are used on the CDI, cancelled shifts are displayed in the Gantt window. Is this product behavior or something that requires fixing?

We have verified that displayed cancelled activities falls withing the range of dispatchers shift duration.
