ASNOut and Receiving Messages Fail With 'ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero' Error When Transfer Is Accepted With 0 Quantity (Doc ID 2056185.1)

Symptoms

The issue described in this document is known to Oracle, and a fix already scheduled for future release.

In Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM), if a transfer is accepted with 0 quantity for all items, the user is able to dispatch it and receive it with 0 quantity.  However, the following error occurs in Retail Integration Bus (RIB):



Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create a store to store transfer request from Store A to Store B.
  2. Store B accepts all 3 items with 0 quantity.
  3. Even if the transfer accepted with 0 quantity for all items, user is able to dispatch it and receive it with 0 quantity.
  4. Check RIB logs for error above.
