Rapid Planning Fill-Rate & On-Time Orders % Are Inaccurate When Reviewing Exception Late Replenishment For Sales Orders (Doc ID 2056700.1)

On : 12.2.4 version, Engine in Test:

Users are on 12.2.4 and have applied VCP Cum Patch 19549533 - They run Unconstrained MRP RP Plan. They're in Rapid Planning UI in Exceptions tab looking at Late Replenishment for Sales Order and there's 15 of them. However when they go to the Analytics tab, they see some customers with Fill Rate% and On Time Orders% = 100 but yet some of these customers have the Late Replenishment For Sales Order. Example:
Customer = MYCustomer LLC - They have several sales orders due 10-JUL-2015 but they won't be satisfied until 14-JUL and 23-JUL respectively. Yet when they look at analytics , Fill Rate% and On Time Orders% = 100

Expect fill rate % and On Time Orders % to have accurate values

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run RP plan
2. Review Data in the UI and filter conditions
3. Analytics are incorrect and there is no Among filter for Customer nor Item Category
