ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After applying PDC PS7 Patch 21195797, the Impact Category/Generic Selectors drop-down is not getting displayed.
While creating Charge Offer (CO) with two rate plans which has 2 events, purchase fee event and usage event; on trying to select the impact category and generic selectors under the usage event, the drop-down is not getting displayed in PDC UI.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Charge Offer
2. Add Impact Category -> Generic Selectors (drop-down does not appear)
