Symptoms

When attempting to run the Data Extract Views, output file contains the following:

ERROR: Cannot connect to ORACLE as user RXC_MAA.
Error using oracle_connect for RXC_MAA
ORA-20031: decrypt failed!
ORA-06512: at "RXC.PKSIGB", line 615
ORA-06
ERR level 1

Error. Privileged connect failed.
