User Is Not Prevented From Returning Items in Training Mode (Doc ID 2056934.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Point Of Service (ORPOS), a transaction in training mode can be returned as a non-retrieved receipted return.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log in to ORPOS in training mode.
  2. Ring an item and tender to complete transaction.
  3. Exit training mode.
  4. Perform return by receipt of above transaction.
  5. 'Transaction Not Found' message is displayed.  However, the user can select 'No' and continue with the return as a non-retrieved receipted return.  The system should not allow any return of training mode transactions.
