Error Starting DM_AQ After Installing PS12 (Doc ID 2057009.1)

Symptoms

The user is unable to start DM_AQ after installing PS12 on BRM 7.5 env.

DM_IFW_SYNC is running after including reference to both 32-bit and 64-bit Oracle library in LD_LIBRARY_PATH. But DM_AQ is still throwing error during start-up.
