Symptoms

ISSUE CLARIFICATION

On OHADI 3.0 and 3.1 version with Informatica

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The wf_SIL_HCD_W_HCD_ENC_DIAG_FB workflow has been running for the past 18 hours without reading a single record from HDM source tables.

The throughput of wf_SIL_HCD_W_HCD_ENC_IND_SVC_PROV_FB workflow is very low and it is not completing. wf_SIL_HCD_W_HCD_ENC_IND_SVC_PROV_FB workflow took ~12 hours to process 0.3 million records.

The incremental load workflow of Encounter Fact (wf_SIL_HCD_W_HCD_ENCOUNTER_F) is taking a lot of tmle and not reading any record from the source tables in HDM.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The expected behavior is that the workflows execution should be finalized in a shorter time.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced in Customer's environment with the following steps:

1. From Informatica PowerCenter, connect to AT repository.
2. Open HCD_INITIAL_LOAD folder.
3. Run the Workflow wf_SIL_HCD_W_HCD_ENC_IND_SVC_PROV_FB
4. Run the wf_SIL_HCD_W_HCD_ENC_DIAG_FB workflow.

5, Run the wf_SIL_HCD_W_HCD_ENCOUNTER_F workflow from HCD_INREMENTAL_LAOD.
