Goal

Call Detail Record (CDR) is getting rejected by Rated Event Loader (REL) post upgrade of Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) Patch Set (PS) 7 and Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) PS13, the user is not able to load the ECE rated CDR files into BRM database.
