With regards to sentiment analysis process, looking for clarification on:

a) how the sentiment score is calculated
b) what are the max and min values of sentiment score
c) what are the best practices to customize the dictionaries
d) and which is max and min values for the dictionary customizations
e) what is the precision of the sentiment score against human sentiment score. Eg. Customer is expecting 80% accuracy after customizing the dictionaries.
f)  Is the Sentiment Score given by that tool (as long as the same dictionaries and catalogs are applied) the same that would be returned by the Text Enrichment component in Integrator.
